Injection Molding

At Sea Air Space Machining & Molding, we specialize in short run production Injected thermoplastic parts. Various mold construction techniques are offered to meet our customers' costs, timing, and quantities. From aluminum insert sets to full stand-alone steel molds, Sea Air Space guarantees a minimum of 10,000 parts per mold. Our part shot sizes range from 3.5 to 19 ounces, and can be shot out of diverse materials per the customer's request (e.g. ABS, Lexan, glass filled Nylon, etc.)
