Injection Molding
At Sea Air Space Machining & Molding, we specialize in short run production injected thermoplastic parts. Various mold construction techniques are offered, from aluminum insert sets to full stand-alone steel molds, to meet our customers' costs, timing, and quantities. Sea Air Space guarantees a minimum of 10,000 parts per mold for aluminum mold inserts, and higher for other constructions. Our part shot sizes range from 3.5 to 19 ounces, and can be shot out of diverse materials per the customer's request (e.g. ABS, Lexan, glass filled Nylon, etc.)
